By using this website and making payments for our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making any payment.
General Terms

Payments are for dental services and treatments provided by Dr Kamsiah Dental Specialist Clinic.

Quotes and treatment plans are estimates only and may change depending on your clinical needs and diagnostic findings.

All services are subject to availability of doctors, facilities, and materials.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
Payment

We accept multiple payment methods: QR, credit/debit cards, credit card instalment plans (if offered by your bank), online banking/FPX, e-wallets, and bank transfers.

Unauthorised use of another person’s card, account, or e-wallet is strictly prohibited.

Some appointments may require partial or full upfront payment to confirm.

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
Appointments & Cancellations

48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of appointments.

Failure to provide sufficient notice, or non-attendance (“no-show”), may result in forfeiture of booking deposits.

Frequent cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
Refund Policy

Payments for completed consultations, diagnostics (X-rays, scans), and consumables are non-refundable.

Prepaid treatment packages (e.g., braces, Invisalign) may be refundable, subject to deduction for services, materials, and lab fees already used.

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Duplicate or erroneous transactions

Advance payments for treatments not yet started

Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank/provider.

Refund decisions are at the discretion of the clinic management.
Liability

While every effort is made to ensure safe and effective treatment, outcomes may vary from patient to patient.

The clinic is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., power outages, equipment failure, or emergencies).
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
